Where are your stores located?

Seriously Japan is an online store and does not have a physical store for the time being.

What payment methods do you accept?

Seriously Japan accepts major credit cards, PayPal and afterpay.

Yen Bills

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping prices are set by size and weight of each item and will including tracking.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

We currently do not offer same-day delivery.  

Postal Boxes

Do you have a return policy?

We will accept returns for damaged goods, incorrect items sent or incorrect sizing only.

All goods must be unopened and retain original packaging.
