EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

SERIOUSLY JAPAN PTY LTD would like to thank you for your purchase. We seriously hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if the item was damaged / defective or was the incorrect size; please refer to our policy below for more information.

Please note, SERIOUSLY JAPAN PTY LTD will NOT accept ‘Change of Mind’ returns and or returns if you found the goods cheaper elsewhere after purchasing.

 

All items must have their original packaging (unopened state) including any original tags and labels if attached.

 

PROCESS FOR EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

Please email our customer service at info@seriouslyjapan.com within seven (7) days of the purchase date stating the reason for the exchange or refund. We ask that you include pictures or video to support your claim. After your request has been reviewed a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued.

 

If necessary, SERIOUSLY JAPAN will request for you to return the item in its original packaging. In the event that the package needs to be returned we will advise you of the shipping method and return address. The cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. However, once the package has been received a refund for the cost of shipping will be issued along with item refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange has been processed.
